If you would like to return your goods, simply use our DHL return vouchers.

We offer you 3 alternatives. Of course, all options are free of charge for you.

Printout of the parcel label and submission to DHL

You print out the parcel label yourself and stick it on the parcel. You can then drop off the parcel at a DHL Packstation, DHL Paketbox or at a branch near you. A DHL delivery agent will also be happy to accept your shipment.

You print out the parcel label yourself and have DHL pick up the parcel from you on an agreed date.

Collection with prepared parcel slip by DHL

You arrange for DHL to pick up the package. The pickup driver brings the parcel label directly and takes your package.

Procedure

You enter your sender data on the DHL returns page.
You indicate whether you want to drop off the package or have it picked up.
If you decide to print out the parcel label, you can print it out directly. Otherwise, a DHL pick-up driver will bring it prepared.
Alternatively, you can give the package to a DHL Packstation, DHL Paketbox, a branch near you or a DHL parcel delivery service.
